TIPS FOR SURVIVING VCE
- If you're stressed and it's affecting your blood sugars, re-think how frequently you test yourself. Maybe you could change your system and set a phone or pump alert to remind you to test more regularly?
- Set up a study timetable to make sure you get through everything that you need to. This will help to avoid last-minute stress, and your parents will thank you for it!
- Get everything you need ready for the exams, like a full hypo and testing kit, water, and enough carbohydrate foods to see you through the whole exam. Don't wait to do this on the morning of the exam!
